We take reasonable steps to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, fabric details, and high-resolution images as accurately as possible.

• Individual display screen settings may cause minor color variations;
• Handmade, custom dyed, or uniquely finished items may contain minor character variations;
• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and confirmed;
• Product styling items shown in campaign photos may not be included in the purchase unless stated.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the exact time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Where a clear pricing or technical error occurs on the website, NewJack reserves the right to contact the customer to correct or cancel the affected order and issue any appropriate refund.

Submitting an order request constitutes an offer to purchase product(s) from NewJack.

An order is officially accepted when:

• Payment has been verified and confirmed; and
• NewJack issues an order confirmation or initiates order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• A product is out of stock or unavailable;
• Payment cannot be verified or is flagged by security systems;
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details were supplied;
• An obvious pricing or catalog error occurred; or
• Legal or operational constraints prevent fulfillment.

Available payment methods (including credit/debit card, instant EFT via PayFast, Paystack, or direct bank transfer) are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate billing information and ensuring they are authorized to use the selected payment method. NewJack is not liable for processing delays caused by external banks or payment gateways.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout or in shipping communications. Delivery timelines may be impacted by:

• Courier operational delays or remote route schedules;
• Public holidays and peak drop windows;
• Unforeseen supplier or custom manufacturing delays;
• Severe weather or transport disruptions;
• Inaccurate delivery details supplied by the customer; or
• Events outside NewJack's reasonable control (Force Majeure).

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and size replacements are governed by NewJack's Shipping & Returns Policy, applicable Consumer Protection Act (CPA) regulations, and statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

Preorder products are made available before manufacturing or stock arrival is ready for immediate dispatch.

By placing a preorder, the customer acknowledges and agrees:

• To the stated production or delivery timeline estimates;
• That reasonable production delays may occur;
• That preorder items and in-stock items in the same cart may ship separately; and
• That NewJack will communicate material production updates where necessary.

11. Promotions & Discount Vouchers

Promotional offers, discount codes, voucher codes, and competitions may have distinct terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Discount codes cannot be combined on a single order;
• Vouchers have usage limits and expiry dates;
• Promotions remain subject to product stock availability;
• NewJack reserves the right to withdraw a promotion affected by technical error or abuse.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for:
